Pricing

Prices on this website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Delivery

Except for orders being collected which do not incur freight charges, all shipped freight will be charged according to the number and weight of books ordered.

  • For New Zealand orders, shipping costs may vary depending on if delivery is required in the North Island, South Island and if an additional Rural Delivery charge applies.
  • We use either Courier Post or Aramex services.
  • Please note that we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes unless Courier Post have personally requested you do so.  Contact your local PO Box service to check first.
  • Tracking details will be supplied once your oder has been processed ready for shipping.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping.  Please note that we aim to have your order dispatched within one working day or receiving an order where possible.  Orders received after 1pm may not always be shipped until the following day.

If you have not received your tracking information within 2 working days, please check your spam folder first before contacting us – please be sure to include your invoice number in your email in order to receive a faster response.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless your purchase/s arrive damaged or faulty, so please choose carefully when making your purchase/s.

To be eligible for a replacement, you need to contact us within 7 days.

Damaged goods during transit: Please send us clear photo’s to provide evidence, including the outer packaging showing the damage caused while in transit, to enable us to apply for a claim with the courier company responsible for the damage.

Faulty books: Should you discover a fault in the printing process eg, faulty binding etc… please supply supporting photos of the fault/s. This does not include spelling mistakes or typing errors.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A “Returns Authorisation Number” (RA#) from us before we will approve ANY return for replacement.  Any items returned without this # displayed on the outside, will be automatically returned back to you at your cost.

To apply for an RA#, please email orders@lynettelovebooks.nz with ALL of the following information:

  • Your name (account name or purchase name)
  • Email address
  • Your Invoice/Order number
  • Description (Qty, Title and ISBN) of the product/s to be replaced
  • Reason for returning the product for replacement (damaged or faulty)
  • Supporting photos as detailed above.

Once we receive ALL of the above information via email, and your item has been approved for replacement, we will email you a return’s label with instructions for returning them to us.

Replacements may take up to two weeks to process. Once your replacement item/s have been dispatched, you will receive your new tracking details.  Make sure you keep your return tracking number so you can check and confirm your order has made it back to us.

Only in the event the returned book has since sold out, we will then issue a credit, either back to your card, or your nominated bank account if you collected it from us directly.
